Description

The Deiiang™ Chemistry Fume Hood is a heavy-duty ventilation system engineered for handling aggressive chemicals, solvents, and hazardous substances. Constructed with 1.2mm thick epoxy resin interior and corrosion-resistant stainless steel components, it maintains a consistent face velocity of 0.5 m/s ±10% as required by OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.1450. Designed by our Chief Engineer, Jason Peng, this system incorporates a by-pass air system and low-turbulence airflow pattern that ensures optimal containment while minimizing energy consumption.

Deiiang™ General Fume hood Main Body Material

Main Body Material

Deiiang™ General Fume Hood features a main body structure—including left/right side panels, front steel plate, and lower cabinet—constructed from 1.2mm thick bare steel plates. These are cut using a German-imported 2000W fully automatic CNC laser cutting machine and bent in one piece with a fully automatic CNC bending machine.

The surface is finished with epoxy resin powder through an automated electrostatic spraying line and high-temperature curing, ensuring superior durability and a consistent protective coating.

Deiiang™ General Fume hood Accessory Material

Accessory Material

Deiiang™ uses 4mm thick solid core anti-bacterial phenolic resin boards for inner liners, baffles, and back panels, providing excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.

The three-stage baffle design, together with PP-made fixed components molded in one piece, enhances containment efficiency and long-term reliability in aggressive environments.

Deiiang™ General Fume hood Movable Window Design

Movable Window Design

Deiiang™ incorporates an aluminum alloy frame and handle for the movable sash, coated with epoxy resin powder via an automated electrostatic line and high-temperature curing.

The frame is fitted with 4mm tempered glass, and the sash opens to a height of 740mm.

A synchronous belt-driven lifting mechanism allows smooth, step-free positioning at any height, while corrosion-resistant PVC guides ensure stable and quiet operation.

Worktop Material

Deiiang™ equips the fume hood with a 12.7mm thick Chinese laboratory-grade panel work surface that offers high resistance to acids, alkalis, impact, and corrosion.

It also complies with E1 formaldehyde emission standards, ensuring a safe and durable workspace.

Deiiang™ General Fume hood Water Configuration

Water Configuration

Deiiang™ includes a PP sink resistant to acids and alkalis, along with a single brass faucet installed inside the fume hood, providing durable and corrosion-resistant water handling for laboratory operations.

Deiiang™ General Fume hood Exhaust Outlet

Exhaust Outlet

The exhaust outlet of Deiiang™ is made of a one-piece molded PP air collection hood with a 250mm diameter opening, connected via sleeve fittings to minimize airflow turbulence and enhance ventilation efficiency.
