The Deiiang™ Benchtop Fume Hood is a compact ventilation system designed for laboratories with limited space requirements. Engineered with a corrosion-resistant epoxy resin interior and transparent safety glass sash, it maintains a consistent face velocity of 0.4-0.5 m/s in accordance with ASHRAE 110 and EN 14175 standards. The innovative design by Deiiang Jason.peng incorporates energy-efficient DC motor technology and aerodynamic airflow patterns that ensure optimal containment while reducing power consumption by up to 40% compared to conventional models.

Cabinet Material
Deiiang™ Benchtop Fume Hood is constructed with 1.0mm full-thickness premium cold-rolled steel plates (actual thickness 1.15–1.2mm).
The cabinet features double-layered doors filled with sound-insulating material, offering robustness, durability, and quiet operation.
Glass Sash
Deiiang™ is equipped with a 5mm explosion-proof tempered glass sash and an aluminum alloy handle.
It employs a weight-balance mechanical design, with left and right sides connected via synchronous pulleys, ensuring smooth, stable, and effortless sash movement.
Baffle
Deiiang™ uses a 5mm compact-grade laminated baffle fixed with PP fixtures.
Its three-stage design eliminates airflow dead corners inside the cabinet, effectively exhausting toxic and hazardous gases of various densities generated during experiments.
Lighting
Deiiang™ is fitted with an energy-efficient 30W LED purification light that provides illumination greater than 300 lux, ensuring bright, shadow-free visibility across the work area.
Service Access
Both sides of Deiiang™ are designed with removable service panels, offering convenient access for installation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical circuits, gas lines, and other accessories.
Controller
Deiiang™ can be equipped with an intelligent button or touch-screen controller with digital display, enabling integrated control of power, fan, lighting, sockets, sterilization, damper, and other functions.
