Cargo Air Shower

Deiiang™ Cargo Air Showers are specifically engineered for high-traffic environments. Unlike manual doors that slow down workflow, our systems feature High-Speed Rolling Shutter Doors that open at speeds up to 0.6m/s – 1.0m/s. Paired with intelligent radar or loop sensors, they allow forklifts and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) to pass through without stopping for manual operation, significantly increasing throughput while maintaining a sealed airlock to prevent cross-contamination.

Absolutely. We offer a floorless (no-threshold) design specifically for forklift access, allowing smooth entry without bumping or damaging wheels. For models requiring a floor, we use reinforced SUS304 stainless steel baseboards capable of withstanding heavy loads. Additionally, we install heavy-duty anti-collision guardrails inside the chamber to protect the nozzles and walls from accidental impacts by moving machinery.

Our systems are designed to meet ISO 14644-1 Class 5 (Class 100) standards. We utilize dual-stage filtration: a G4 pre-filter for large debris and H13/H14 HEPA filters that capture 99.99% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. The high-velocity nozzles (≥25m/s) effectively dislodge surface dust from cargo, ensuring only clean goods enter your controlled environment.

To maintain cleanroom pressure and prevent cross-contamination, Deiiang™ uses a Smart PLC Electronic Interlock System. When the entry door opens for cargo, the exit door is forcibly locked. Both doors remain locked during the air blowing cycle. The exit door only unlocks once the cycle is complete. In case of an emergency, a “panic button” immediately releases both doors to ensure safety.

We can engineer extra-wide or extra-tall tunnels to accommodate specific large-scale equipment or oversized pallets. For industries like pharmaceuticals (GMP), food processing (HACCP), and lithium battery manufacturing, hygiene and durability are paramount. SUS304 Stainless Steel is resistant to rust, corrosion, and chemical disinfectants. It provides a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and does not generate particles itself, making it the industry standard for long-term compliance. We also offer SUS316L for highly corrosive environments.

Due to their large size, Cargo Air Showers are typically shipped in modular sections. We provide comprehensive 3D installation drawings and video guides so your local team can assemble them easily.
