What is the difference between Anti-Static (ESD) and standard vinyl curtains?

Standard PVC curtains are suitable for general dust control. However, for electronics manufacturing (PCB assembly, semiconductor handling), we highly recommend our ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Grid Curtains. These feature a conductive honeycomb grid printed on the vinyl to prevent static buildup that could damage sensitive components. They also help repel dust, keeping the curtain surface cleaner.

Are Deiiang™ softwall cleanrooms easy to relocate?

Yes, portability is a primary advantage. Our systems are designed with heavy-duty, locking casters that allow the entire unit to be rolled to different workstations as your production needs change. The modular frame can also be disassembled and reassembled in a new location with basic tools, making it a flexible asset for growing facilities.

How often should the pre-filters and HEPA filters be replaced?

Maintenance schedules depend on your facility’s ambient air quality, but general guidelines are:

  • Pre-filters (G4): Check monthly and replace every 3 to 6 months. These protect the expensive HEPA filters from large particles.
  • HEPA Filters (H13/H14): Typically last 3 to 5 years with proper pre-filter maintenance. We recommend monitoring the pressure gauge on the FFU; a significant pressure drop indicates the filter is loaded and needs replacement.

Yes. We integrate tear-drop LED lights specifically designed for cleanroom airflow.
