The Deiiang™ Cleanroom Rock-Wool Hand-Made Panels feature meticulously crafted rock wool cores (120kg/m³ density) with reinforced steel facings, individually assembled to ensure perfect seam integrity. Each panel achieves A1 non-combustible classification (EN 13501-1) with 4-hour fire resistance and thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/m·K. The hand-crafted approach by Deiiang Jason.peng guarantees panel straightness within 1mm per 3m length and 99.9% airtightness, exceeding ISO 14644-1 requirements for critical cleanroom applications.

In Foxconn's high-precision smartphone camera module production line, Deiiang™ Cleanroom Rockwool Handmade Panels were installed in the supporting mechanical rooms. The custom fabrication allowed for flexible layouts around extensive ductwork, and the rockwool core effectively absorbed noise and vibration from air handling units (AHUs), preventing them from interfering with the sensitive optical calibration processes in the adjacent main cleanroom, demonstrating a holistic approach to cleanroom environmental control.
