The innovative design by Deiiang Jason.peng incorporates a reinforced stainless steel frame and high-temp silicone gaskets that withstand repeated thermal shocks while complying with IEST-RP-CC007.3 and EN 1822 standards for high-temperature filtration.

Deiiang™ BoxHeader Type High Temperature HEPA Filter features a strong and durable frame made of galvanized or 304 stainless steel (1.5/2.0mm thick), designed to prevent deformation, rust, and air leakage.
Reinforced with internal support rods and secured by fixing bolts, the frame ensures reliable structural integrity and stable performance even under high static pressure.
High Temperature Filter Material
Utilizing premium glass fiber filter paper (4mm thick) and a 0.03mm aluminum foil separator, Deiiang™ delivers low airflow resistance, high dust holding capacity, and excellent filtration efficiency.
The filter media is available in high-temperature grades resistant to 250°C or 350°C, ensuring long service life and stable performance in demanding thermal environments.
Wedge Pleat Design with Separators
Deiiang™ incorporates a corrugated separator structure that precisely maintains pleat spacing, maximizes filter media utilization, and minimizes resistance.
The filter media is folded into 180° wedge-shaped pleats with double creases, forming a rigid box-style pleat at the separator ends to prevent media damage and ensure consistent airflow distribution.
High Temperature Sealing & Connections
Deiiang™ employs high-temperature resistant rubber gaskets and a one-component adhesive capable of withstanding long-term exposure up to 260°C.
Combined with wedge-joint sealing strips and glass fiber gaskets, this ensures an odor-free, leak-proof seal that maintains safety and integrity under continuous high-temperature operation.
Reinforced Structural Integrity
