The Deiiang™ Cleanroom Rock-Wool Hand-Made Panels feature meticulously crafted rock wool cores (120kg/m³ density) with reinforced steel facings, individually assembled to ensure perfect seam integrity. Each panel achieves A1 non-combustible classification (EN 13501-1) with 4-hour fire resistance and thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/m·K. The hand-crafted approach by Deiiang Jason.peng guarantees panel straightness within 1mm per 3m length and 99.9% airtightness, exceeding ISO 14644-1 requirements for critical cleanroom applications.

For the core aseptic filling area of Bloomage Biotech's pharmaceutical-grade hyaluronic acid products, Deiiang™ Cleanroom MGO Handmade Panels were custom-fabricated. The handmade process enabled seamless integration with complex ceiling pipelines and irregular corners, while the MGO material ensured a rigid, fire-resistant (A2), and contaminant-free enclosure, perfectly meeting the dynamic layout and the highest hygienic standards of a Grade B (ISO 7) cleanroom.
